It's been 10 years that Cédric has been working with chocolate with passion in Alès, in the Gard region. The cocoa beans are roasted and crushed on the spot with a stone grinder: a traditional production process of which Cédric can be proud. By creating partnerships with local producers, he never stops promoting Cévennes and its gastronomic wealth.
