A cracker recipe that smells like the garrigue of the Cévennes: thyme crackers.

Chickpea flour, olive oil, thyme and other spices such as sesame and coriander are the simple and tasty ingredients of these crackers. Perfect for a change from the traditional crisps, they are sure to become a must-have for your aperitifs.

Cebenna tip: Dip them in cream of dried tomato soup, aubergine caviar, zaie, chestnut and goat's cheese or chestnut hummus.
