The Cebenna'Box, my interpretation of the Cevennes...

All grocery stores have discovery boxes. It is an interesting product because it allows to link products and producers, it reassures and gives ideas and they allow to make beautiful gifts.
So I also created some boxes: the Cebenna'box. And I would like to present them to you a little more, to explain you how and why I conceived them.
The Cebenna'box in a few words...
I conceived the Cebenna'Box in the same way as when I receive a friend at home and I want to make him discover the Cevennes. They highlight local products, passionate producers, ancestral know-how and the unique environment of the Cevennes. It is a region full of dualities, as beautiful as it is harsh, and this is precisely what makes its products, producers and inhabitants so unique.
You will find 4 boxes with Cevennes names to plunge you a little more in the heart of this beautiful land. In these boxes I indulge myself, there is for all tastes. You have :

- La castagne, the big box from Cevennes
- À l'ombre du capéou, the aperitif box
- Du méou et des castagnes, the sweet box
La péquélette, the small Cevennes box
In Cevenol, the Péquelette is the little one. And more particularly in the Gard or Lozère, this diminutive has a strong emotional dimension.
You will find 5 products:
1 organic chestnut jam (Saveur du Castanet - 240g)
1 mountain wild flower honey (Stéphane Libéri - 500g)
1 Cévennes chestnut diamond (Les Biscuits de Mumu - 150g)
1 organic apple juice (Hortus Mirabillis - 50cL)

La castagne, the great Cevennes box
La Castagne refers to the chestnut. Around this emblematic fruit of the region, you will find a varied selection of typical products of the Cevennes, combining sweet and savory.
You will find 10 products, ideal to share between fine gourmets:

1 mountain wild flower honey (Stéphane Libéri - 500g)
1 Cévennes chestnut diamond (Les Biscuits de Mumu - 150g)

1 onion jam with organic honey (La Ferme de Valbonne - 200g)
1 Trilogy olive oil (Moulin des Mages - 50cl)
1 green tapenade (Oliveraie Barthélémy - 180g)

1 packet of thyme crackers (Fan et Jicé - 95g)

In the shade of a hat in Cévenol. This box is an invitation to share good products with friends, as we know how to do in the Cevennes, in the shade of a tree or around a beautiful table.
You will find 6 of them in this sweet and salty selection:
1 jar of green table olives "Picholine" (Oliveraie Barthélémy - 200g)
1 chestnut hummus (Passion Cévennes - 156ml)
1 cream of dried tomatoes (Fan et Jicé - 100g)
1 fig jam (Fan et Jicé - 350g)
1 Tarn pebble with Roquefort cheese (Le Fournil Malenais - 100g)
1 organic sweet onion chutney (La Ferme de Valbonne - 200g)
Du méou et des castagnes, the sweet box
Honey and chestnuts in Cevennes speaking. It will delight sweet tooths thanks to this selection of original products, perfect to bring a Cévenol touch to your breakfasts and snacks. This box is the fruit of ancestral know-how, passionate producers and a magnificent region. To your spoons!

1 organic vanilla chestnut jam (Saveur du Castanet - 240g)
1 strawberry jam (Les confiture d'Anne Grenouillet - 380g)
1 organic apple juice (Hortus Mirabillis - 50cL)
1 packet of madeleines with chestnut honey (ESAT La Pradelle - 250g)
1 Tarn pebble with chestnut (Le Fournil Malenais - 100g)
1 fir and resinous honey (Mielerie de Vielvic - 250g).
What's so special about them?
I made the choice not to use a box as such in order to avoid the overconsumption of boxes. The Cebenna'box will be presented in their own box. To replace the usual box, I decided to offer recycled cotton bags stamped Cebenna. I think it's much more useful for you and it reduces the packaging for the planet. Moreover, all the boxes and packaging are made of recycled materials.
