Wanting to enjoy the scent of thyme all year round, Fan and Jicé thought of this recipe, having in mind the port of Sète and its plates spiced up with a drizzle of olive oil, freshly picked thyme and a hint of lemon. The result is there: this olive oil is perfect to accompany your fish and your salads.
Our advice: a few drops on a scallop carpaccio. Do not cook.
