I invite you for a walk in the forest of the Cevennes with this mixture of forest mushrooms.

This mixture of forest mushrooms is composed of ceps, trumpet mushrooms and chanterelles in tube, collected and dried by hand in Lozere. Ideal to discover different species of the region and bring to your dishes a wild and forest taste.

By founding Champilozère, Loïc and Florimond made the choice to perpetuate an ancestral know-how, honoring the beautiful Lozere. Very attached to the quality of the product, they surround themselves with collectors of the region to choose the mushrooms, before cleaning them and drying them in a traditional way.

Use: Count 10g per person, let soak in warm water for 1 hour. After rehydration, pour the mushrooms into a colander. Drain well and cook like fresh.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place away from light, ideally in the freezer.
