An original recipe that smells like the south: green olive puree with peppers.
The ingredients of this olive puree? Picholines (a very fruity and herbaceous olive), peppers, lemon, paprika and garlic. And that's it. Smooth and very aromatic, this little purée is a real concentrate of the Cévennes piedmont. It can be enjoyed on toast, as an accompaniment to white meat, or to enhance a tomato sauce.
It is on the Hérault side of Cévennes that the family Barthélémy grows and preserves olives. Father and son cultivate nearly 3000 olive trees, the majority of which are local varieties. All stages of processing are carried out in their workshop, for a 100% Cévenol product.
Conservation : Pasteurised product. Store in a cool place after opening and consume quickly.
