Les Brasseurs de la Jonte is a craft brewery located in a magnificent setting: the last mill that was in operation in the Jonte Valley.

Jean Aine and Thomas Cazenave, two passionate people, conceive their artisanal recipes inspired by the land and the region. Moreover, the water used to make their beverages comes from a spring gushing from the Mont-Aigoual. Their beers are without coloring, nor preservatives and not filtered. They also make lemonades in the same way from natural products that also come from organic farming.
