This resinous fir honey is a real favourite, with notes of hazelnut and caramel.
This little marvel is highly sought after by lovers of good honeys, and is produced mainly from fir. In the mouth, you will find woody and resinous notes, with beautiful malty aromas and hints of caramel. Its composition makes it quite liquid and syrupy, perfect on a slice of buttered bread.
The Vielvic honey factory distributes its hives in the Cèze and Chassezac valleys: the furthest hives are 30km from the farm. Experience has led them to keep their apiary in the National Park, hence their Esprit Parc National des Cévennes label. This culture-free environment produces tasty and fragrant honey.
