Oliveraie Barthélémy

They claim to be "oliverons" (olive growers), i.e. both producers and processors.

The Barthélémy olive grove is a story of family and passion. In 2008, Alain Barthélémy, the father, decided to start producing olives. His son Franck joined him in the adventure in 2010. Together, they continue to evolve and expand their range of quality products.

It is in the Cévennes from Hérault region, in Montoulieu, that the Barthélémy family installs its oil mill and its workshop. They cultivate nearly 3000 olive trees in the region, mainly composed of local varieties. All stages of processing are carried out in their workshop. This allows them to provide oils, olives and other delicacies faithful to the traditions of the land.

Together, they are producers, confectioners and millers. The fields are cultivated in the respect of the environment, without chemical product and in reasoned culture.
